Effective date: July 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how the Dominos mobile app (Android package: com.ai.games) handles user data. This policy is published by AI Games for the Dominos app and is intended to provide transparency for users and to support Google Play requirements regarding data collection, use, sharing, retention, and deletion.
1. App Identity
2. Summary
Dominos is a mobile domino game.
The app does not require users to create an account and does not directly collect your name, email address, postal address, contacts, precise GPS location, photos, microphone input, or camera data. It stores certain preferences and game data locally on your device, may display ads through third-party advertising services, and may offer an in-app purchase to remove ads.
Some technical data may be processed by third-party services required to operate ads and in-app purchases.
3. Data Processed by the App
3.1 Data Stored Locally on the Device
The app stores the following information locally in its internal files:
- game preferences;
- selected language;
- difficulty level;
- audio settings;
- gameplay progress and statistics;
- saved game state;
- local state related to rewarded videos and the remove-ads option.
This data is used only to save your preferences, resume a game, display your statistics, and preserve certain app functionality states. It is stored locally on your device and is not sent by the app itself to a server controlled by the developer.
3.2 Device Language
On first launch, the app may detect the device language in order to select a supported display language automatically. This information is used only to configure the user interface.
3.3 Advertising-Related Data
The app may display interstitial ads and rewarded video ads. When ads are enabled, third-party advertising providers, including Google AdMob and any technical advertising partners used by its infrastructure, may process certain technical data, for example:
- advertising identifiers or device identifiers permitted by the system;
- IP address;
- device and operating system information;
- technical information needed to load, display, and measure ads;
- diagnostic, fraud-prevention, and performance information.
This processing is used to deliver ads, help prevent fraud, measure ad delivery, grant a reward when a rewarded ad is successfully viewed, and apply the remove-ads purchase when it has been completed. The app itself does not create a directly identifiable personal user profile from this data.
4. In-App Purchase Data
The app may offer a non-renewing in-app purchase to remove ads. Transaction and payment information is handled by Google Play Billing. The app may check purchase status to determine whether the remove-ads option is active and stores a local indicator on the device showing whether this option is enabled.
The app does not directly store your bank card details or payment credentials.
5. Data the App Does Not Directly Collect
Subject to the third-party SDKs described above, the app does not directly collect first or last name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, photos, videos, personal files, microphone audio, camera images, messages, calls, address book data, or user accounts created inside the app.
7. Purpose of Processing
The processing described in this policy is performed in order to provide the core game features, remember preferences and local progress, display ads when the ad-free option has not been purchased, perform and restore the remove-ads in-app purchase, and support technical security and abuse prevention.
8. Data Retention
8.1 Local Data
Preferences, statistics, and saved game data are kept locally on your device until they are deleted by the app, you manually clear the app's data in Android settings, or you uninstall the app.
8.2 Data Processed by Third Parties
Data processed by Google Play Billing, Google AdMob, or other technical service providers is retained according to those providers' own retention policies and legal obligations.
9. Data Deletion
Because the app does not rely on a developer-managed user account, there is no account deletion procedure inside the app. To delete local app data, you can clear the app's data in Android settings or uninstall the app. This will remove the local data stored by the app on your device, subject to standard Android behavior. Any data processed by third-party services remains subject to those third parties' own policies.
10. Security
The app takes reasonable measures to protect the data it manages locally. Certain local configuration and save data is stored in internal app files, and the app uses integrity protection and encryption mechanisms for certain local data. When third-party services such as Google Play Billing or advertising services are used, data exchanges depend on the secure mechanisms provided by those services.
11. Children
This app is a game. Unless otherwise stated on its Google Play listing, it is not specifically directed to children under applicable regulations. If the app's audience classification, target audience, or advertising configuration changes, this policy may be updated accordingly.

You can uninstall the app, clear the app's data in Android settings, disable certain ad personalization options where available at the device or Google account level, or purchase the ad-removal option if it is offered in the app.
14. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated at any time, including in the event of changes to app functionality, addition, removal, or modification of third-party services, or changes to legal requirements or Google Play requirements. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.
